Thoughts and Ideas
These are the levels of integration that I have adapted from Larry Cubans book 'Oversold and Overused'. I find these useful in identifying where a teacher is 'at' in the integration of ICT into the classroom. These are included in the individual reports that I write on each teacher.
Imagine this scenario!
A class of 30 children working independently in learning centres that feature art, technology, reading, maths, writing, social studies/science and computer activities. Each one of these centres is on large tables around the perimeter of the room, divided off into areas with partitions advertising the different activities available.
