How to rotate a graphic

Select a graphic from the Clipart Gallery

Go to Draw-Ungroup

Go to Draw -Group and then duplicate the shape

Click on the duplicated shape and then click the rotate button on the Draw toolbar

The graphics handles will change into green circles

Click and drag on one of the green circles and the graphic will rotate
