| Click on your border to select it, it should have dotty lines around it, if it doesn't, click it again |
| Click on the Fill tool  on the Draw
toolbar |
| Select Fill effects |
| Click on the Picture Tab |
| Click on Select Picture |
| if you have photos and you know where you have saved them (Hint: a file called My Pictures is a good place to save to) click on the Photo of your choice and click Insert and then OK |
