Health and Sanitation

To have a healthy community they must have access to medical facilities.
They need to have access to clean water so place wells and water supplies around housing. They need roads so that the water carriers can deliver water.

You need to have a Physician's office. The doctors walk through the neighbourhood visiting residents.

As well as the Physician's office you need an Apothecary. They are a bit like a Chemist shop.

Dentists are needed more for the wealthier residents.

Mortuaries prepare bodies and helps to prevent plague. If you have a mortuary, then  you need linen and a weaver.
