This icon creates roads. Click and drag to make a road. Think carefully how you will place these roads, too many intersections and your people could end up wandering aimlessly around.

 This icon clears rubble and trees. It will also clear houses and buildings. If you make a mistake you have a few seconds to press the undo button.
