Homework for Week 6

This week I would like you to find a simple graphic (Clipart) to pull apart, re-colour and tessellate. Here is one that Isabella and Joanne have done

this was the graphic they chose

they then re-coloured it, grouped it again and tessellated it.

You might have to select a few graphics before you will find one that will ungroup, not all graphics will ungroup. If you have any problems email me teacher@jsharp.co.nz make sure that the graphic is very simple. Click on the Hints page for some more clues. I will add to this Hints page during the week so keep coming back to have a look. You may want to print out the Hints page and put it into your Clearfile.

Here are a new set of cards for you to practice

Don't forget you need to practice it at least 6 times and then get somebody to watch you on the last time. If you get it all correct using the right fingers then you can fill in the Typing Record.
